Ezevel is a platform for sharing items for free. Users can publish items they wish to give away, search for items in their area, contact publishers, and report items they found in the street.

2. User Obligations

You agree to: provide accurate and truthful information; not publish prohibited, counterfeit, or dangerous items; not use the platform for commercial purposes or spam; maintain courtesy when contacting other users; be responsible for arranging pickup and delivery with the other user.

3. User Account

Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Ezevel will not be liable for misuse of an account beyond its control.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Content you publish (images, descriptions) is uploaded at your responsibility. You grant Ezevel a license to display and share this content solely for the purposes of the platform.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not: publish illegal or dangerous items; use offensive language or harass users; publish false information; exploit the system for fraud or spam.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. Ezevel is not responsible for the quality, safety, or condition of items. All transactions are between users. Ezevel is not a party to any transaction and is not liable for damages arising from use of items.

7. Privacy

Use of user data is in accordance with Ezevel's privacy policy. We recommend reviewing it.

8. Changes to Terms

Ezevel may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
